Grandma’s Cheesecake

3oz. Lemon Jello
1.5 cups graham crackers
¼ c. butter melted
16 oz. cream cheese
1cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
2-3 tsp. lemon juice

Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla and lemon juice together. Chill evaporated milk until slushy/icy.
Dissolve jello in 1.25 cup hot water-let set until slightly thickened. Crush graham crackers until fine mix in ¼ c. melted butter. Spread all but ½ cup of the graham cracker butter mixture in bottom on 9”x12” pan.
Beat evaporated milk until peaks form, add jello mixture, and cream chees mixture.
Pour into pan, sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumb mixture  Chill before serving.
