Understanding Your Chamber Benefits
Additional Locations or Branches – Exclusive to Silver Sponsors and Above
Silver Sponsor level members and above are eligible to extend their Chamber membership to include an additional location or branch at a discounted rate. This benefit allows your business to maximize visibility, directory listings, and participation across all your locations, enhancing your presence in the community and Chamber initiatives
Brochure / Business Card Display Space
Members may place brochures, flyers, or business cards in designated display areas within the Chamber office and approved community kiosks. Display availability, placement, and quantity are subject to Chamber policies and space limitations.
Business Health Trust (BHT)
BHT helps businesses join together as a group to purchase insurance, giving small companies access to big-company benefits. Offerings include health insurance, ancillary benefits (vision, dental, life, etc.), HR tools, and a corporate savings program. Chamber members have exclusive access to BHT through our network, partnered with other chambers and small businesses throughout the state.
Business Promotion Through Chamber Communications and Events
Members may promote their business through select Chamber communications, including newsletters, social media, event sponsorships, and marketing opportunities, as outlined by Chamber policy and membership level.
Certificate of Membership
Members receive a formal certificate recognizing their Chamber membership, which can be displayed in their business to highlight their involvement in the local business community.
Committee and Program Participation
Members are eligible to serve on Chamber committees, participate in community initiatives, and collaborate on Chamber programs where applicable. Participation opportunities may vary based on membership type, availability, and Chamber needs.
Community Discount Card / Shop Local Card
Members can participate in the Chamber’s discount card program, offering promotions such as:
- A specific dollar or percentage off each visit/purchase (e.g., $10 off or 10% off)
- A free additional service with a purchase (e.g., free installation, free delivery)
This program encourages repeat customers and strengthens both the business and Chamber community.
Customized Speaking Engagement Opportunities
Higher-level memberships may be offered customized speaking or presentation opportunities at select Chamber events or programs, as determined by the Chamber. Topics, format, and scheduling are subject to Chamber approval and alignment with the Chamber’s mission and audience needs.
Discounted Pricing on Chamber-Hosted Events and Programs
Members receive discounted registration rates for Chamber-hosted events, including luncheons, networking opportunities, workshops, and community programs. Discounts may vary by event and membership level.
Discounted Pricing on Offered Promotional Advertisements
Members may receive reduced pricing on promotional advertising opportunities provided by the Chamber, including printed traveler guides, maps, community programs, events, or other Chamber marketing platforms.
Enhanced Directory Listing

Eligibility to Serve on Committees or Participate in Volunteer Opportunities
Members can actively engage in Chamber governance, initiatives, and community programs by serving on committees, task forces, or volunteering for events, fostering leadership, influence, and networking opportunities.
Event Support by Chamber Staff
Chamber members hosting events can receive support from Chamber staff, which may include guidance on planning and promotion, assistance with logistics, and on-site help such as setup, registration, or coordination. This support ensures events run smoothly, reach the intended audience, and maximize engagement
Free Luncheon Attendance
Certain membership levels include one complimentary admission to a Chamber-hosted luncheon, allowing members to connect with the business community and gain visibility without additional cost.
Free Networking Table at Applicable Events
Members may reserve a complimentary table at select Chamber networking or showcase events, providing a dedicated space to promote their business, engage with attendees, and distribute materials.
Greater Involvement in Chamber Initiatives, Advocacy, and Leadership Development

Logo Banner Ad on Event Page
A President’s Circle Sponsor benefit. Sponsors have their logos displayed across Chamber promotional platforms, including event pages, which are among the most visited pages on the Chamber website.
Member-Specific Newsletters and Updates
Members receive subscription access to Chamber newsletters and timely communications featuring member news, upcoming events, advocacy updates, and information on local business and community initiatives.
Member-to-Member Promotions
Members can offer exclusive deals or discounts to fellow Chamber members within our private network, fostering connections, building relationships, and encouraging support among local businesses.
Online Directory Category Listings
Members can list their business under one or more categories in the Chamber’s online directory, increasing visibility and helping potential customers find their products or services. Higher-level members may also add an additional category, subject to Chamber guidelines and availability.
Participation in Member-to-Member Promotions
Members are eligible to participate in the Chamber’s Member-to-Member program, allowing them to offer exclusive promotions, discounts, or special offers to fellow Chamber members.
Permanent Kiosk Placement
Members can maintain a long-term presence in designated Chamber or community kiosks, displaying brochures, flyers, or business cards to reach potential customers on an ongoing basis.
Prime Display at Events/Showcases
Members receive priority placement for their displays at Chamber events, expos, or showcases, ensuring maximum visibility and exposure to attendees.
Preferred Placement in Chamber Marketing and Communications
Members receive priority placement or enhanced visibility in select Chamber marketing materials and communications, such as newsletters, websites, event promotions, or digital campaigns, as determined by the Chamber and subject to availability and policy.
Priority Consideration for Leadership and Advisory Roles
Higher-level members receive priority consideration for leadership roles, advisory participation, and involvement in signature Chamber initiatives, task forces, or committees. Participation is subject to Chamber governance, availability, and applicable policies.

Members have opportunities to build meaningful relationships with fellow businesses, civic leaders, nonprofit organizations, and community partners through Chamber events, programs, and collaborative initiatives.
Ribbon Cuttings
A ribbon cutting is the ceremonial opening of a brand new, newly renovated, or relocated business, as well as expansion or anniversary celebrations.
Social Media Promotion
We frequently share member posts and give shout-outs. This benefit allows Members to submit specific advertisements or promotions for direct posting on Chamber social media channels, increasing visibility and engagement.
Strategic Partnership Opportunities with Chamber Leadership and Staff
Higher-level members may collaborate directly with Chamber leadership on initiatives, programs, advocacy efforts, or community priorities. Opportunities are determined based on mutual goals and Chamber capacity.
Window Decal
Members are provided a Chamber-branded window decal to display at their business location, signaling Chamber affiliation and community involvement to customers and visitors.
Video Spotlight
An opt-in benefit where the Chamber produces a video highlighting your business, promotion, or event, which is then shared across the Chamber network for enhanced visibility.
