The Municipal Research and Service Center (MRSC) is a convenient service used by over 407 Washington State Public Agencies, including 23 agencies in Kitsap County, includingthe City of Port Orchard, Kitsap County, Port of Bremerton and South Kitsap Fire and Rescue.

Local businesses wishing to be considered for contracts, either public works, vendors, or consulting, need to register with this site. Registration for businesses is FREE. Check them out at http://mrscrosters.org/ . They also offer many different resources helping in deciphering the local government contracting.
