Temporary food establishments
Legislation recently passed in 2022, established additional health code requirements for temporary food establishments without permanent plumbing. This legislation sent the coffee stand world into a tailspin.
The Washington State Department of Health on June 2022 came out with an update that addresses many of the concerns expressed by restaurant owners. The Department of Health updated some rules that affected temporary food establishments that are most impacted by the law change.
